Easter

What is Easter...

Easter is a celebration to commemorate the resurrection of Jesus. It is believed that Jesus ressurrection was between A.D 26 and 36. Since Easter is about Jesus ressurrection then why do we celebrate it with bunnies? I'll tell you the answer. The bunnies are separate from the Christian traditions. Based on the imformation from the University of Florida, the Easter Bunny can be traced back to the 13th century, in Germany, when the people believed in many gods and goddesses. Eostra was the name of the goddess of Spring. Her symbol was the rabbit because of the animal’s high reproduction rate. According to history Easter eggs represent Jesus resurrection.  That is all I have to say so Happy Easter and good night.
